Appointment Scheduling & Deposits
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Due to the time and preparation required for professional detailing and coating services, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure an appointment, particularly for paint correction and ceramic coating services. Deposits will be applied toward the final service total. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment or cancellation without proper notice may result in the loss of the deposit.
New Client / Vehicle Condition Policy
Vehicles that have not been professionally serviced by Carsmotology Auto Spa within the past 90 days must begin with our New Client Detail Package or a higher-tier restoration service. This allows our team to properly restore and prepare the vehicle before entering our maintenance program. Maintenance services are reserved exclusively for vehicles previously serviced and maintained by Carsmotology Auto Spa.
Vehicle Condition Disclosure
Clients must inform Carsmotology Auto Spa of any known issues prior to service including but not limited to:
• Paint damage or repainting
• Loose trim, emblems, or body panels
• Electrical issues
• Aftermarket modifications
• Interior damage or fragile components
Carsmotology Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during the detailing process.
Pricing Policy
All prices listed on our website, social media, or marketing materials are starting prices only. Final service pricing may vary depending on:
• Vehicle size
• Vehicle condition
• Level of contamination
• Pet hair or excessive debris
• Overspray, sap, tar, or other environmental contamination
• Additional services requested
A final price may be determined upon inspection of the vehicle.
Extreme Condition / Contamination Surcharge
Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning due to severe contamination may incur additional charges. Examples include:
• Excessive pet hair
• Biohazard conditions
• Mold or mildew
• Bodily fluids or biological contamination
• Heavy sand or debris
• Severe interior neglect
These services may require specialized procedures and extended service time.
Paint Correction Risk Disclosure
Paint correction involves machine polishing to remove imperfections such as swirl marks, oxidation, and scratches.
While every precaution is taken to preserve paint integrity, Carsmotology Auto Spa cannot guarantee the complete removal of deep scratches or paint defects that extend beyond the safe level of correction. In rare cases, previously damaged or improperly repainted surfaces may respond unpredictably to polishing.
Ceramic Coating Services & Maintenance Requirements
Professional ceramic coatings require proper care to maintain performance and longevity. To preserve coating performance and any associated warranty, clients must follow recommended maintenance guidelines including:
• Hand washing using proper methods
• Avoiding automated tunnel washes
• Routine maintenance inspections when recommended
Failure to maintain the vehicle properly may void any coating warranty.
Mobile Service & Weather Policy
Mobile detailing services are subject to weather conditions. Appointments may be rescheduled due to:
• Rain or severe weather
• Extreme temperatures
• Unsafe working conditions
Carsmotology Auto Spa reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary to ensure service quality.
Vehicle Access Requirements
Clients must ensure:
• Adequate working space around the vehicle
• Safe access to the vehicle
• Removal of personal belongings prior to service
Carsmotology Auto Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
Accepted payment methods may include:
• Credit / Debit Cards
• Cash
• Approved digital payment platforms
Financing options such as Afterpay may be available for qualifying services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

Photo & Marketing Release

Satisfaction Policy
If there are concerns regarding your service, they must be reported within 24 hours of service completion so our team can review and address the matter promptly.
Liability Limitations

• Pre-existing damage

• Damage caused by worn or deteriorated vehicle components
Agreement to Terms
By scheduling or receiving services from Carsmotology Auto Spa, the client acknowledges that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
